CHANGE IS HERE🔥🔥

On June 1, I fell on my knees and began to weep uncontrollably as intercession took me all-the-way-over.

In that moment, I could physically and literally feel the ache of the world and more specifically of our nation. It fell on me like a ton of bricks. In that moment. I could feel the burden of God’s heart (He is still on the THRONE!) concerning a long-standing issue. Years and years of racism, systemic oppression, intentional economic disparity, and socioeconomic injustice of a people. I saw the history of chains, the whips, the lynchings, the rapings, the strategies set in play by other groups to constantly keep a “knee” on the necks of black people. I felt the tearing up of black families and the stripping of African identities to be controlled and used as resources. Years and years and years of “uninvited” trauma. I began to cry out.

In my wail, heard my spirit cry out on behalf of AMERICA, for REPENTANCE. During this level of intercession and on behalf of America, I repented for the door that was opened over 400 years ago by white oppressors. I repented for their greed and savage capitalism and rebuked the spirit of mammon. On behalf of America, I repented for the grievous sins and acts that were constantly committed against people of color for so many years. On behalf of America, I heard my spirit repent for the ignorance and constant unwillingness to acknowledge the effects of centuries of systemic dysfunction and trauma. I repented on behalf of America.

You see, in order for true deliverance and transformation to transpire, there must be an acknowledgment of a truth. Often times, that comes in form of repentance. In some cases, though deliverance may occur, there still may be consequences. In other words, some sin consequences must be played all the way out (just ask David, when “the sword never left his house”). America is going through “her” deliverance.

Then, I saw laws being revised (at a constitutional level), I saw a demonic system of bondage being upset to be reset. I saw the balance of power shifting, I saw unity and solidarity in our nation in a way we’ve never seen it before, I saw the emergence of new leaders from different walks of life, I saw a resetting and recalibration of our government. I saw a new level of transparency from these new leaders. I saw a new level of respect, empathy, care, and concern for black people. JUST like the children of Israel, God has heard the cries. However, the sins of a nation MUST play out.
